Your photo is visually inspected and supervised during packing.
Photos are printed to order. There is a 7 day grace period from the date of purchase to change your mind. After (7) days, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be placed on your card.
The balance will be charged when your photo ships.
Should your piece be damaged in shipping, please photograph the damage and email us the image at support@lauravelkei.com We will send you and RMA number to return at no cost to you.
Once the damaged piece is received a new order will be expedited and shipped.
